either using whitening toothpaste or/and those strip thingys? im 14 btw. and also my teeth are milk white..but theyre not yellow! is it ok for 14 yr olds to use whitening products?

I use the crest seal and they do work great!! I got a compliment on my teeth from my dentist on how nice my teeth looked. When I told him what I was using he gave me a thumbs up and said, "nice job!"
