Are crest whitening strips good for your teeth and do they work?

Or is it bad for the enamel?

As for if they're bad? Not sure...Probably. Do they work? Yes...they worked for me. I used to use them 3-4 times a week. (I have sensitive teeth so I couldn't use them every day or my teeth would be extremely sensitive) I'd get compliments about how white my teeth were all the time. Even now I do (and I haven't used them for about 1.5 yrs).
