I had my teeth whitened a few weeks ago and I'd like it to last for at least, over a year (or even more...) But is that possible?

Depends on how you had your teeth whitened. Crest White Strips, or did a dentist do it. You'll probably still have some effects after a year, but by then it won't be anywhere near as white as they probably are now. You can keep 'em whiter longer by... using a whitening toothpaste. not drinking coffee or dark soda not using any kind of tobacco product having your teeth cleaned every 3-6 months
