What's the best toothpaste to whiten your teeth?

I know a lot of toothpastes say they do but like none actually work! I'd like to know which ones do work for everyone?

Personally, I don't believe in whitening toothpastes. "Whiteners: are added to toothpaste, but cannot actually whiten teeth. Instead, whiteners work to reduce stains on teeth. Examples include peroxide, citroxain, and certain abrasives" This quote is off of dentist.net concerning the whitening ingredients in toothpastes. Another way to look at it...toothpaste simply doesn't stay on your teeth long enough compared to actual whitening products and toothpaste typically is a much lower dose of "whitener". Thus my answer is none of them work any better than regular toothpaste.
