whitening teeth question?

I have a friend who is excessively lazy (btw I gave her the URL of this question so she is checking it every day..I know i know, why is it on my profile. well because she has a Gmail and doesn't want to make Y! email just for this question) and didn't brush her teeth for 2 years bcuz she heard from somebody that you don't have to brush them and just rinse them with water. well she heard of the baking soda thing and she was lyk "Omg. i need to use that, can you ask it on Y! Answers." and so here I am and I need pics of each step followin the wording so if any of you people would just bear with me and put each step with pics I would really appreciate it! :) P.S. sorry guys i just need some pics
