What's the best way to whiten your teeth if your teeth are sensitive.?

My teeth are really sensitive, and I've tried 3 different brands already, and they cause pretty severe tooth sensitivity. Any suggestions on stuff that actually works, but doesn't kill me in the process? lol

All the bleaching products I am aware of cause sensitivity. Prior to bleaching, I would start using Sensodyne toothpaste for at least 2 weeks. I would also alternate bleaching with Prevident fluoride gel (ideally placed in a bleachingtray) (can get a prescription from your dentist) to help with the sensitivity.
