If a teeth whitening system is aimed for a week (45min a day) can you do it all in one day?

I just got the AquaFresh teeth whitening trays and I have used the first ones (a top and bottom) for the recommended time. I was wondering if the effects would be the same if I used all 7 in one day at different times (EX. 45 minutes at 7am, 45 minutes at 4pm, 45 minutes at 6pm, etc).

It's not a good idea. Your teeth could become really sensitive. In Denmark, they even recommend that tooth whiteners not be sold over the counter for this reason (misuse of whiteners leading to harm). For more details read the source articles.
