can you get teeth whitening on the NHS?

is there anyway of getting teeth whitening on the NHS, i brush twice a day but as a child i neglected my mouth and am paying for it now with stained teeth.

no, private dentists do but its around £200 why not try arm and hammer teeth whitning tootphaste from asda for about £1.50-3.00 OR you could try brushing teeth with baking soda and vinigar combined but make sure you rinse out later as baking soda and vinigar softens the enamal good luck
