I want to get zoom or brightsmile done at the dentist - i dont drink coffee or red wine and dont eat berries so im wondering how long it would last?

Only effecive if your teeth are naturally white to start with. My daughter paid megabucks to end up with teeth the same colour, she got her money back apart from 'cost of materials'. Teeth vary in colors just like different skin colors. So, all are not born with the same white teeth. But as we grow our teeth become different from the original color. One of the causes of discolored teeth is the food we eat. The different kinds of foods we eat may stain your teeth. Smoking, drinking soda, or taking in too much fluoride may discolor our teeth. If you think they are likely to be stained as above, a good clean by a dental hygienist should sort that out.
