Lost the instructions for my White Light Teeth Whitening kit. Have the two syringes, tray & light. Can anyone tell me how to use it?

Put a small dot of gel or a line of gel in the surface of the tray that would contact the front surface of your teeth. You can then insert the tray and wear it for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. The light is a total gimmick and has been shown to provide any extra whitening, so you don't need it for the bleach to work
