What is the best teeth whitening method you've tried?

I heard from a friend that the trays with the gel work best but this lady I worked with used Crest strips and her teeth looked great! What have you used that blew your expectations away? Thanks

crest whitestrips. and everytime you brush, rinse first with listerine whitening mouth wash. :))
