Is Baking Soda bad for whitening your teeth?

so, i heard that lemon is bad for whitening your teeth. for home remedies. but im not so sure about baking soda :S im scared to try. so. can somebody explain baking soda to me? ><

baking soda is not bad for whitening your teeth havent you heard of that one baking soda toothpaste i tried it and my teeth feel and look amazing if you dont want to but that toothpaste you can just use regular baking soda you just have to wet your toothbrush with cold water and then dip your toothbrush into the baking soda and start brushing thats it quite simple actually remember to rinse your mouth with water when finished brushing
