is there a home remedie for teeth whitening?

my teeth are a lttle stained..i brush with whitening stuff and i have used a home bleaching kit..is there something at home i could use , i heard peroxide....kinda strapped for cash

Yes use the hydrogen peroxide and baking soda like the first post said but you need to add salt for some abrasion. Let it soak as long as you can. My teeth are major white and ive never had a darn thing done to them. OH HEY... if you havent had a cleaning you need to get that done by a dentist and then do the above. You cant fight plaque build up if its there to begin with.
