I will probably be getting my teeth whitened soon but I know there is different methods and therefore prices.. The one I will probably get is I think a light system one, costs $100 If you could mention the different methods, which ones are best, and people with personal experiences with teeth whitening - was it worth it??

Good old fashioned peroxide is the best whitening agent in my opinion. You should try it before anything else because it's safe and at about a dollar per bottle, it is FAR less expensive than any other method. You could get some and swish with it after every time you brush your teeth WHILE saving up to purchase another tooth whitening method and realize that is truly works and is inexpensive. Can't hurt.
