I was going to use some type of whitening strips for my teeth, but i heard those are really bad for the enamel of your teeth (My enamel is weaker than most. Price for not taking better care of my teeth when I was a little kid) so what are some whitening products that aren't too expensive and don't damage enamel? I started rinsing with hydrogen peroxide before brushing recently. Also what are some good enamel strengthening toothpastes?
--------------------
Many whitening products use hydrogen peroxide as their whitening agent, so if you aren't having a problem with the rinse maybe look for strips with peroxide in them such as crest whitestrips. This should not harm the teeth just makes them temporarily sensitive. If you want stronger teeth use a toothpaste such as previ-dent which has really high concentrations of fluoride- which strengthens teeth.
