Which teeth whitening brand is better to use, the strip or liquid paste?

I don't know which one works better and/or faster.

i prefer a liquid paste, such as simplywhite, the crest white strips are nasty and make my teeth sensitive. the paste is also easier cz you don't have to wait so long for it to sink in, or whatever.
