I have pretty okay teeth but they're kinda yellow and it gets on my nerves. I don't want to use anything like bleaching strips or anything, but I want something effective. Any ideas? Proof from experience is kind of what I'm looking for.

All whitening toothpastes are the same. The chemicals are even basically the same on the whitening strips and in the dental chair. The different their is the amount of time the product is in direct contact with the teeth. I would suggest you slow down your brushing. Brush softly (to protect your gums) for two minutes to allow the toothpaste to penetrate. Stay away from cigarettes and soda to keep your smile white.
