Like the ones with bleach?

They use a bleaching agent not bleach itself, which is only applied for a brief period onto the teeth.It's not like you are bleaching every day, or constantly exposing yourself to toxic chemicals. Some people suffer from soreness after the whitening when a very strong concentration of bleaching agent is used. Alcohol has been implicated in lots of surveys with mouth cancer, and obviously smoking cigarettes and cigars. Many mouthwashes use lots of alcohol. I have not seen any surveys linking tooth bleaching with cancer.
