I'm thinking about getting my teeth whitened, in office. And I was wondering if it is worth it? Does it hurt? Will it damage your teeth or gums in any way, shape or form? Thanks!

I'm not sure if it will hurt or damage your gums or teeth but getting your teeth whiten you have to make sacrifices like not drinking drinks that would ruin it like tea, coffee. etc. I know someone who got there teeth whiten and it didnt stay on, i'm not really sure why. they said it did hurt her tho and she struggled to limit to some things only. Hope i was helpful!
