I'm worried this might be decalcification. The pamphlet says this may occur, but I want to know will it go away? It says it will, but I'm skeptical as further research into the matter doesn't really point to decalcification ever going away on it's own. Does anyone have any experience with the iWhite system and white spots on the teeth? Any answers or bits of knowledge on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
--------------------
Usually the white spots on your teeth right after you whiten are caused from dehydration of the tooth. As soon as the tooth fully rehydrates (24 hrs) the white spots should be gone. If it is indeed decalcification you need to ask your dentist for prescription fluoride gel (Prevident) this will probably help with the decalcification and get rid of the white spots.
