I want to know what whitening products you've tried and how you liked them. I want the least costly, most effective (obviously, who doesn't? lol). I also don't want anything that could damage my enamel or my gums. I brush and floss regularly, my stains come mainly from coffee, which I will not quit. I don't smoke. I saw a listerine whitening mouthwash and was intrigued, any info on that? Doesn't seem like it would work to well... How about the strips? The ones you put on your teeth? Any info will be appreciated!! Thanks!

I wasnt a fan of the strips or the teeth trays, they hurt my gum's and it felt awkward. I smoke and drink alot of coffee so my teeth were pretty bad and I am only 25. the mouth wash is great, also dentist recommended these whiting swabs, so far they are working good and I like em http://www.teethwhiten.com/splash.php?aid=888447
