hello yesterday i received my crest pro whitening strips it was my first day and i applied twice for 30 minutes, 6 hours apart, as directed, and today, a day after, my teeth feel extra sensitive. i couldn't even eat my cereal this morning because the milk just felt too cold if this is my first day and this happens, should i continue using it or not? expiration date is Dec 2010 so that's not a concern. it is indeed true that my teeth are quite yellow i havent been to a dentist in 6 years
