What are some ways to whiten teeth without buying any products?

I don't want to buy any whitening products because they wear down the enamel on your teeth. So....yeah thanks.

baking soda! i use it every once in a while, just put it on my toothbrush when I'm brushing my teeth.. I'm not sure what it does to enamel though but it's a lot cheaper
