I'm 29 weeks pregnant and was wondering if I can whiten my teeth white crest white strips.

I'm not sure if it was crest brand but I checked some kind of white strips at the store and they said not to use them if pregnant or breastfeeding. I wouldn't do it. Just use whitening toothpaste and occasionally brush with baking soda. Not much else you can do now.
