What is a way to whiten my teeth w/o hurting them?

I heard crest whitening strips work but they harm your teeth very badly! and i dont want tha what toothapste is specifially made for whitening teeth w/o hurting htem?? sumthing that actually weorks and not so expensive

This really is a question that your dentist will be able to answer better than I. However, I use Mentadent (Whitening). I mean, even after all these years, my teeth still don't glow on their own in a dark room or under a blacklight, but they are slightly whiter than they were before I started using it.
