I'm 15, and my teeth are a bit stained. What is the best way to whiten them without using whitening strips, gels, etc. In other words, anything natural?

Get hydrogen peroxide, and use it like a mouth wash minus the gargle... it is the active ingrident in whitestrips, it wont be instant but if you do it every day they will be white before you know it. Just slosh it around your teeth.
