Is there anyway to whiten your teeth (more than whitestrips do) without going to a Dentist?

I use Crest Whitestrips 2x a day and my teeth are OK white, but I want to try to get them a little whiter. Is there anything out there that anyone has used that works to whiten teeth more than the whitestrips (or along with)? I don't really want to get them done professionally. I've heard of mouth washes and gels and stuff but I don't know anyone who has ever used them. Thanks!

Use the whitestrip supreme or premiums. You want to find a carbamide peroxide concentration of 10% or better, or it won't work very well. I'm assuming your teeth are straight, or the strip won't form to the teeth as well. Gels work the best, but you need a custom-fitted tray from your dentist ($50-$75). This will keep the gel off of your gums and free of big-time irritation, but again, the gel needs to be 10% or better. You need ~45-60 min on the teeth before the peroxide is done. Hydrogen peroxide WILL NOT lighten your teeth, it's too weak, so skip mouth washes and dissolving strips.
