how can i whiten my teeth by using things that i may have in the house already?

well ive only been using the baking soda trick for about 4 days but i have braces so im not sure how affective it is? but i do nnotice them getting a lil white however, it tase like shyt when you do it. so make sure to brush after or use mouthwash to get that gross taste out of there! best of luck.my wishes to ya!
