I got the free trial for OrthoWhite. It came with 2 mouth guards that I needed to form for the teeth whitening solution, one for the upper and one for the lower teeth. However, I messed up forming one of them. I need to buy a cheap replacement, but I couldn't find a good one at Sports Authority. I don't like the little notch that most of them have in the middle, I'm afraid it will lead to uneven whitening. Also, I need a mouth guard that will also work fine for the lower set of teeth. Any suggestions?
