I found this ehow article online and I'm just wondering do you ever use toothpaste with this or not? Your suppose to do it for about a month so I assume your breathe might stink? http://www.ehow.com/how_2128087_whiten-t

Step 3 tells you to brush with toothpaste afterwards. The peroxide can weaken the enamel, so don't overdo it. The salt acts as an abrasive. Peroxide actually kills the germs that cause bad breath. Nothing in the procedure will cause your breath to be foul. Besides, bad breath often comes from your digestive tract or rotting food in between your teeth, so flossing is helpful. Fluoride, in your toothpaste is a germ killer too. Also, brush the inside of the cheeks and tongue. I have had a lot of dental work and I brush/floss after eating anything, but, I'm a fanatic.(with beautiful teeth, at least). I am also a biologist. God bless.
