Can I put white out on my teeth instead of using those expensive whitening strips?

No... on the White Out. However, if you want a cheap, but effective strategy... try rinsing with a combination of hydrogen peroxide and mouth wash every day. It really does work, but mix them just before using. I found out (the hard way) that trying to mix up a supply ahead of time degrades the mouth wash over time.
