How can i whiten my teeth from products i can find in my home? I've heard about the baking soda & hydrogen peroxide, but does it really work? will it harm your mouth? thanks:)

Use only bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) and mix it with your toothpaste. Do this for only 3 days and stop or you'll begin to damage your teeth. Don't drink or eat anything acidic for about 2 hours afterwards. You can repeat the procedure after a week and then give your teeth a break for a month.
