What is the best way to whiten your teeth without enamal spots?

Im getting my braces off soon and i want to start whitening my teeth the day i get them off! But i dont want those icky spots on them, :)

I've been asking the same thing. But i recently picked up a toothoaste that helps whiten them alot for just toothpaste. It's Aquafresh Extreme Clean with micro-active foaming action & whitening, polishing action. Basically all you need to look for is Aquafresh Extreme Clean. You can buy it at a regular grocery store. If you get the right one, the tube should be silver and the paste should be orange & white. I hope it helps you like it does for me. :)
