I am planning to whiten my teeth and i read that you can do it by brushing your teeth with water peroxide mixed with baking soda but i dont know if that is going to cause any harm to my teeth or gums? is this a healthy thing to do and if it is do i brush my teeth with that all the three times?? please help and explain how would it work and what are the side effects? thank you : )

i have been doing this for years... just basically make a paste of water, peroxide....and baking soda...and brush your teeth...daily there is almost nothing safer than peroxide and baking soda......
