which is better for whitening teeth?

crest vivid toothpaste or crest whitening strips? which works quicker?

A combination of both would actually work best. use crest whitening strips sometime during the day, and brush your teeth with crest vivid toothpaste after every meal. after 2 weeks your teeth will look like brand new pearls. you actually start to see results after 1 week (at least i did with crest whitening strips) but i think 2 weeks would be ideal.
