I want my teeth a tiny bit whiter but I heard somewhere that whitening drops ruin your tooth enamel, is this true? Are there any whitening drops you recommend that are available in drug stores in England? I don't want anything too drastic, no denist treatments or anything. Btw, its just subtle whitening- not like Simon Cowell !! Thanks!

I personally haven't had any problems with teeth whitening and my tooth enamel. What worked the best for me was this mail order stuff from teethwhiten.com, it worked pretty well. They had a free sample offer so you can try it out and see how it works for yourself. I believe they ship almost anywhere in the world and I wouldn't think England would be a problem.
