I am looking to get my teeth whitened...but I'm definitely going to have to do it at home because I'm on a budget. I've never done this before, and I'm only doing it because my wedding is in three weeks. So, the questions I have: 1. Best brand 2. Best method 3. When should I start? 4. Does it hurt? :) Hello!! I think you're smart for doing it at home, you can get really great results!! 1.) Best brand - I liked Crest whitestrips, and also Go Smile...I got the whitestrips at the store (Target, Walgreens, Walmart..etc) I bought the Go Smile kit on Ebay...Go smile is a little more pricey, but its wonderful, and easy! 2.) Any of the at home whitening kits anymore are strips - they have new trays that Ive wanted to try -Aquafresh white trays...but The strips are great and soo easy! 3.) You should start whenever you want! It will take about 2 weeks to get the full results...so :) start soon. 4.) It does not hurt at all - the only thing that hurt was the white strips a little - like, try not to get them on your gums that much, cuz the chemicals they use in the white strips can burn your gums a little, and it doesnt hurt bad, its just more annoying, if you get a little burn it will go away in a day...over all its totally worth it!!
