I smoke, I drink coffee and now I would like to get rid of those ugly stains on my teeth. What do you suggest (please answer only if you have tried it yourself)? Thank you.

I've used Crest Whitestrips probably 5 times. They are a little more of a hassle than other whiteners, but the whiten more and last longer! It's worth it. Your teeth will be a lil sensitive throughout the whitening. I like the 7 day pack. But, you may want to consider stopping the coffee atleast, cause it'll only cause them to yellow again. Good luck!
