I got my braces off yesterday and I got a clear retainer today. After eating dinner I cleaned my retainer and brushed my teeth and put the whitening gel on. I'ts Sapphire Professional Home Whitening System, 22% Carbamide Peroxide - Fruit Flavor. Now, every few minutes, I feel a sharp pain on one of my front bottom teeth. What can be wrong?

I just did it like 15 minutes ago!! well my mom's a dentist and she said it's the chemicals in the solution flushing away the exterior (the yellow part) of the teeth. mine stung too but it stopped after awhile
