teeth whitening: i am a adult who has drank too much coffee! i would like to whiten my teeth at home, but?

...have a dental plate at the front. all the commercial whiteners i have looked at state that they will not work on dentures/dental plates. do you know what would work -- to whiten BOTH my natural teeth and the plate?
