So i recently discovered that i can whiten my teeth with hydrogen peroxide and i've been looking through alot of websites... and people have different views on how to do it. SO how do u whiten your teeth with peroxide? what quantity? How many times?

Get a bottle of: Hydrogen Peroxide 3% (H2O2)- Use fresh product and a Box of Baking Soda (any brand is fine) Wet toothbrush with Hydrogen Peroxide then dip in the baking soda, a paste will form on the brush
