I just got my braces off a few weeks ago and I noticed that my teeth are not as white as I would like them to be, they are like yellowish, and that's gross. So I was wondering, I am only 14, Can I whiten my teeth? and is it bad? what whitening thing should I use?

No its not bad, as long as you don't do it often. Crest white strips work very well, I've never tried them myself, but I heard good things about them. But its recommended you go to the dentist and get them whitened there.
