What's the best/cheapest/most convenient way to whiten teeth? Or just options in general? Going to the dentist for one, but what about over-the-counter products? Any suggestions/options are welcome.

Hey, I've used crest white strips, rembrandt two hour whitening kit as well as aquafresh white trays. I'd recommend you use rembrandt or aquafresh just because its easier to use and the strips are really frustrating to use. With aquafresh you get whitening results in just three days by wearing a tray for 30-45 minutes With Rembrandt, you get to customize the trays to your teeth, its a 20 minute treatment with a 10 minute relaxation period ... you do this for like 4 times ... Its alot of work ... But you really don't have to do it all in one day though ... Also to maintain the "white look" you may want to use a whitening toothpast - crest day and night toothpaste works well or aquafresh ultimate white tooth paste Rembrandt is cheaper than aquafresh trays, your looking at spending $40 max. the toothpaste should be like $3 (crest) and $1.30 for aquafresh Hope that helps ;)
