When I whiten my teeth most times I use Crest White Strips but I got these this time because they don't cost as much.

They work, but they take longer to dissolve than they say, so don't be concerned if they aren't disappearing the way they say they will. For the most part I've had good success with both, although I still like Crest better. Good luck!
