Have you ever used plus white? Is it dangerous is used too often to whiten teeth?

Simply put... yes. I haven't tried it but I've tried other products. There are tiny tubes in your teeth, sensitivity sensors, if you will... and the more you whiten you open up those sensitivity sensors, the more sensitive and weak and susceptible your teeth are to sensitivity weakening. Over-whitening can lead to weakening teeth. You will essentially wear at the enamel, just follow the instructions and brush lightly after ever meal to prevent stains.
