how do i make my teeth whiter?

i brush every day twice a day but there not white any ideas on what i could use?? cannot afford teeth whitening

aqua fresh white trays worked for me they're like $40 dollars but work really great though you'll start to see results on day 2 and you could use listerine white rinse but whitening is also bad for your enamel but your just doing it once so it shouldn't really be much to worry about and you could actually use hydrogen peroxide like dip your toothbrush in the peroxide and then put baking soda on it like cover all the bristles with baking soda and brush your teeth with it and it should work but you might have to do that a few times though and try not to swallow any of the whitening stuff like whatever you use don't swallow it of course and if you like you can mix the peroxide with some mouthwash to make it taste better and rinse with peroxide too so that will clean your mouth. Sure! Try the Rembrandt bleaching trays kit. It's pretty awesome and easy to use , it doesn't irritate much either. You see, the kit contains two bleaching trays (upper and lower) you place them in fairly hot water then place the trays in your mouth, suck in really hard, and the trays mold to your teeth! Pretty freaking awesome, anyway after you got the mold then you place the bleaching gel in the trays oput um in your mouth and keep them in for a half hour I believe. The results are great and they lighten up for a couple days after too. I did this back in Oct 08 and still have great results! To keep up with it use Rembrandt Intense Stain toothpaste. The bleaching tray kit costs like $20-25 bucks and the toothpaste is $4. Good stuff that works ;D and i think you can get hydrogen peroxide from the grocery store just ask them where they have it Hope I Helped!! :)
