my teeth are pretty white, or I consider them to be, but not white enough. so I want to consider getting whitening strips. my friend uses them, & her teeth look great. but my question is that, is it a one time thing? where like, after I use up one whole box, the effect stays? or would the bleaching effect eventually fade away, & I'd have to continue future use?

i used whitening strips over 3 years ago and my teeth are still white now. my friends compliment me on how white they are all the time. crest white strips are the best! good luck!
