By just using normal toothpaste, not any whitening kits or specialist dental surgery e.t.c. Any tips? (Oh and if you've seen this question before; I'm asking again because hardly anyone answered last time)

Baking soda acts as a whitening agent, but you have to deal with the taste. Avoid Coffee, smoking, tobacco, or anything that stains Avoid wine, orange juice, and anything acidic because it creates groove in your teeth that hold stains. Brushing 3 times a day, (after every meal) will greatly help you be removing stains before they set in. Brush gently, harsh brushing with a lot of pressure will only weaken the surface of your teeth. Drink your tap water because it (most likely) has fluoride in it, helps build protective layer on your teeth. Whiting tooth paste of course will help a great deal, and it works just like normal tooth paste.
