So ever since ive gotten my braces off 2 years ago, there are some blotchy yellow spots on my teeth. They never seem to get whiter. Is there any way to get my teeth whiter in general? A better toothpaste? good foods to eat? Ill try anything. Thanks for any help

use those whitening strips & a toothpaste w/ whitening. or ya could get it whitened professionally... and they should have sanded the spots down so it's even. :) I'm gonnnnnnna be a dental assistantt<3
