Does baking soda really works for teeth whitening?

I had heard that it works really good and fast but I haven't tried. I want to know if it does really work and if it can hurt my teeth gum or any other part of my mouth or body. How should I use it? And how often? Thanks in answering but if you think that withenstrips are better I might as well some.

Yes baking soda does work for teeth whitening and is safe to use. You can sprinkle some onto your toothpaste every morning. Baking soda or bicarbonate of soda can be purchased at any convenience store or grocery store under the brand name 'Arm and Hammer' or 'Cow Brand'.
